Delaware North UK is seeking a casual Restaurant Manager at Banks on the Wear, joining our team at Stadium of Light in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. You will lead a team of waiters and supervisors to deliver guest service excellence in a premium setting created alongside two-Michelin-star Chef, Tommy Banks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and leading large teams in a fine-dining hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of the fine-dining and F&B industry.
• Skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, organisation, strategic thinking, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift responsibilities of Restaurant Waiters and Supervisors within a premium setting.
• Support with the training, development, motivation, and monitoring of team members, ensuring teams are up to date with the evolving à la carte menu.
• Appropriately address all guest concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate knowledge of all restaurant and menu information, ensuring each visit feels considered.
• Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards.

What will you do?

More About You
