Job summary

Oak View Group, based at London’s Sky Garden, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house teams across Sky Pod and City Garden. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, uphold premium service standards and oversee daily operations in a high-volume, iconic venue.

You will join a leadership team delivering memorable hospitality experiences and will be responsible for service standards, team development, and successful delivery of our bar outlets in a landmark setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager in high-volume venues.
• Hands-on management style with focus on exceptional service.
• Ability to lead and develop front-of-house teams across multiple outlets.

About The Venue

Role Purpose

We're looking for an Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at London's iconic Sky Garden, overseeing operations across our vibrant bar venues, Sky Pod and City Garden.

Welcoming thousands of guests each week, Sky Garden offers a unique hospitality experience, serving everyone from breakfast guests and business professionals to tourists, families and evening diners. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader to take ownership of a high-profile operation within one of London's most recognisable venues.

As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead and inspire a large front of house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational standards. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for service standards, team development and the successful delivery of our bar outlets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating and developing front of house teams across multiple bar operations
• Driving exceptional guest experiences and maintaining outstanding service standards
• Managing the day-to-day operation within a busy, high-volume venue
• Recruiting, training, coaching and developing team members

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager
• Strong experience within high-volume restaurants, bars or premium hospitality venues
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop teams
• A hands‑on management style with a passion for delivering exceptional service
