The Horses in London is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager for our new opening in Farringdon. You will lead a high-energy team, ensuring guests feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for, overseeing reservations, floor management and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role in hospitality.
• Experience in high energy venues or fine dining is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of service and ensure guests feel welcomed.
• Oversee daily operations including reservations, floor management, and service delivery.
• Work with Head Chef and management to deliver smooth service.
• Train and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
