Job summary

GAUCHO Cardiff is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to own guest experience, finance, sales growth, and compliance. You will partner with the General Manager to drive budgeted top-line results and lead a high-performing FOH team.

This role requires inspiring leadership, strong communication, and deep hospitality knowledge. WSET Level 2 is desirable; training and development programmes are provided, with 28 days of annual leave and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with inspirational leadership.
• Experience in managing a team of people in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to beat the budget and drive top-line sales.
• Oversee team objectives and development plans, execute succession planning.
• Promote Gaucho culture and train hourly team members on standards and audits.
• Ensure a fully trained team compliant with brand and hygiene audits.
