My client currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager ono the Isle of Wight to lead an exciting, experience-led dining operation.My client is looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for food and wine, exceptional customer service skills and a strong commercial mindset.The successful candidate will lead and develop the team, deliver memorable guest experiences and drive operational excellence and profitability.

About the position
