Job summary

Rockfish is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training in Sidmouth, United Kingdom. The role supports the General Manager in building a high-energy, service-led restaurant culture where teammates are inspired to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment that inspires the team to care about what they do.
• Coach your team to fulfil their potential and embrace our core values: Care, Community, Connection.
• Lead by example and provide training to enable a fulfilling career with Rockfish.
• Supervise the serving of alcohol to ensure compliance and safety.
