The Role:

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who can handle volume. This site does between £85k and £300k a week – it’s a large operation. It’s about running a business, not just a shift.

You’ll be:

• Training and developing runners and waiters
• Knowing your menu inside out – food, drinks, the lot
• Leading effective briefings
• Driving sales through recommendations and upselling
• Leading from the front and setting the pace
• Working closely with a strong GM to build loyal teams and learn a lot
