We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to be part of our team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch.

The Hoxton, Shoreditch was originally a car park and now offers 210 rooms, The Apartment, our meetings & events concept, and two restaurants. The restaurant, bar, and lounge are at the heart of our Shoreditch hotel, open from morning until late, serving classic cocktails, wine, beer, and bites from our old-fashioned bar.

Reporting to our Director of F&B, you will be responsible for providing highly efficient and effective service, maintaining standards, and anticipating guest needs.

What you'll do...

  • Lead a large, dynamic front-of-house team
  • Drive innovation and foster a culture of service excellence
  • Manage restaurant costs, from labor to finding efficient solutions while maintaining quality and integrity of the product
  • Ensure both guest and team experiences are prioritized, leading by example, motivating, supporting, and empowering your team to deliver top experiences and feel confident in their roles

What we're looking for…

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy environment
  • Proven experience managing a large front-of-house team
  • A passion for service and maintaining brand standards
  • Skills to achieve budgeted KPIs in labour, COS%, and OPEX
  • Authenticity and individuality; we value genuine personalities
