Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Dumbleton Hall Hotel. You will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, from Breakfast to Dinner, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth flow of service within a historic estate environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality leadership, cost control, and team development capabilities, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. A 48-hour workweek is noted, with competitive pay discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams in a hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Control the Restaurant operations including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service.
• Lead and develop an energetic workforce, with involvement in recruitment, learning and development, team engagement initiatives and all other people management responsibilities.
• Manage costs through stock usage, storage, rotation, par stock levels and waste minimisation.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and monitor feedback (e.g., Trip Advisor).
• Communicate to and motivate the team with day-to-day leadership and direction.
