Job summary

Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland is seeking a Restaurant Manager to guide a busy kitchen and front-of-house team, delivering exceptional guest experiences across our UK & Ireland hotels. You’ll lead by example, ensure excellent service on the floor and drive team performance while maintaining work-life balance through thoughtful rota planning.

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll keep your department running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. • Lead regular team meetings – not only will this help with building relationships but a coffee chat goes a long way!
