The Royal Albert Hall operation includes three distinct restaurant spaces: the all-day, fast-casual Verdi Italian Kitchen; the renowned grill restaurant the Elgar Room Brasserie; and the elegant Coda by Eric Chavot. There is something for all backgrounds and levels of experience.
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Verdi Italian Kitchen. Salary up to £45,000.
The ideal candidate will have experience in busy, quality-led restaurants; however, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
This is a key role within the venue, requiring someone who can inspire and lead the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience at one of London's most iconic venues – the Royal Albert Hall.
