Job Description

Assist Restaurant Manager duties:

1. Check floor setup prior to service start time.
2. Ensure smooth service to all guests visiting restaurants, karaoke, and Ateliers.
3. Align rotas with wage budgets and fairness to staff.
4. Maintain uniform standards.
5. Conduct F&B trainings (allergens, food bible, etc.) as relevant.
6. Communicate and store all relevant training materials and documentation using provided platforms.
7. Maintain fluid communication between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams.
8. Create and maintain a safe environment for team members.
9. Ensure all new members receive induction.
10. Ensure POS systems are up-to-date and managed properly.
11. Ensure Res Diary is fully functional.
12. Conduct duty manager shifts.
13. Attend and contribute to weekly F&B management meetings.
