Role: Restaurant Manager - clear and quick path to General Manager

Location: Michelin Guide fine-dining restaurant in Mayfair

Salary: up to £65,000 package, plus cash+card tips averaging £250/month

Situated inside one of London’s most luxurious, refined modern cuisine restaurants; we are looking for an experienced, energetic Restaurant Manager to join this intimate and refined establishment.

You will have a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests as well as leading and inspiring your team to provide exceptional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offering the highest level of service at all times to all guests.
• Owning the guest experience, ensuring every service is memorable.
• Recruitment and team development.
• Managing financial performance, keeping the numbers sharp and margins tight.
• Working closely with co-owners, PR firms, and other external companies to drive the restaurant forward.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with your team and guests.
• Acting as an ambassador for the restaurant.
• Supporting compliance with all food safety, health and safety, and internal audits within the restaurant.
• Being flexible and able to adjust to high-level customer demands.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in a Michelin 1, 2, or 3-star restaurant in London.
• Ultimate understanding of 5* service.
• Good team player, flexible and adaptable.
• Strong organisation and management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with members and staff.
• Working knowledge of Sevenrooms / OpenTable / Bookatable.
