Join our exceptional team

We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a Restaurant Manager.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to take complete control and accountability for the day-to-day food and beverage operations throughout the restaurant to ensure that the highest level of service is offered to guests.

The ideal candidate would possess excellent knowledge of food and beverage and be passionate about hospitality. At least two years in a similar position is essential along with excellent team management skills.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role
  1. Control the Restaurant operations including Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Service.
  2. Be out and about in the hotel, managing the day-to-day operation and ensuring exceptional guest service at peak times.
  3. Control costs through correct stock usage, storage, rotation, and par stock levels maintained to minimize waste and meet Company standards.
  4. Keep the team up to date about departmental, hotel, and company activities through daily communications.
  5. Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and monitor customer feedback through Trip Advisor and other sites, taking feedback on board and making recommendations for changes.
  6. Lead and develop an energetic workforce, with involvement in recruitment, learning and development, team engagement initiatives, and all other people management responsibilities.
  7. Ensure adherence to Company Health and Safety, Food Safety, and COSHH legislation; this will involve carrying out appropriate training.
Requirements Of The Role
  1. Department Manager or exceptional Duty Manager looking for their first HOD role.
  2. Excellent customer service skills, standards-driven, and good organisational skills.
  3. Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and enjoy it.
  4. Great at up-selling – anticipating customer needs as well as improving the bottom line.
  5. Able to manage the team and resources available to ensure that the departments are equipped for service via cost controls, stock monitoring, and good rota management.
  6. Able to communicate to and motivate your team, providing day-to-day leadership and direction.
