Job summary

Individual Restaurants are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our venues, ensuring consistent service and exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop the team, optimise food and beverage processes, manage staffing and budgets, and uphold our reputation for quality, value and care. Join a growing collection including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill, Forbici and Riva Blu.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food & beverage, staffing and budgeting.
• Customer-focused with commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences.
