Individual Restaurants is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across our venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong team leadership. You will drive service standards, control costs and coordinate staffing, training and reporting to sustain the brand’s reputation for quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, including food & beverage, staffing and budgeting.
