Job summary

Alba Restaurant in Knightsbridge is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong wine background to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will oversee daily operations, coach a high-performing team, drive wine sales, and ensure the guest journey meets the 2 AA Rosette standard, while upholding the brand’s authentic Italian hospitality with a modern twist.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in fine dining or premium hospitality.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent organisational and operational management skills.
• Commercially aware with focus on driving sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Confident in recommending, presenting and selling wine.
• Experience in wine pairing to guide guests confidently.
