Alba Restaurant in Knightsbridge is seeking a Bartender to join our two AA Rosette team, delivering Amalfi-inspired hospitality with warmth and precision.

You will craft classic and signature cocktails, build knowledge of spirits and premium beverages, and grow within a high-quality, award-winning dining environment. Right opposite Harrods, you’ll be part of a vibrant, guest-focused team that loves hospitality.

We're looking for a Bartender to join our beautiful 2 AA Rosette restaurant in Knightsbridge, becoming part of our team and helping us deliver the highest quality Amalfi-inspired hospitality to the most discerning of guests.

About you:

• Passionate about delivering a warm and memorable guest experience
• Committed to high standards of service, presentation and hospitality
• Confident in preparing classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
• Knowledgeable about spirits, wines and premium beverages
• Eager to continue learning and developing within a high-quality restaurant environment
• Previous experience as a Bartender in a quality restaurant, hotel or cocktail bar is preferred
• A great team player with excellent communication skills
• Well presented with a polished sense of personal hygiene
