Job summary

Alba Restaurant in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods, a 2 AA Rosette venue serving Amalfi-inspired cuisine, seeks a Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team and craft memorable guest experiences.

You will lead front-of-house service with pride, uphold the highest standards, and bring experience from a fine dining setting. Comfortably presented uniforms are provided, and you will be supported by coaching and progression plans.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering exemplary guest experiences.
• Committed to the highest standards of service.
• Experienced in a fine dining restaurant as a Head Waiter/Waitress.
• Well presented with a polished sense of personal hygiene.
