Job summary

Brindisa Kitchens is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our London team and uphold our warm, authentic dining experience. You will be the face of Brindisa Kitchens, managing daily operations, financial aspects, and ensuring outstanding customer service in a high-end casual dining setting.

The role requires confidence, humility, and a proactive approach to people leadership, with a passion for sharing our culture and cuisine with guests from all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager in casual or high-end restaurants.
• Strong understanding of operations, finance and delivering outstanding customer experience.

Job description

We are looking for
