Job summary

Brindisa Kitchens in London is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. You’ll be the face of Brindisa Kitchens with an open, engaging and humble personality, and you’ll combine strong operations and finance know-how with a passion for outstanding customer experiences.

Ideally, you’ve held an Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager role in casual or high-end restaurants, and you’re keen to lead with warmth while driving consistency, teamwork and supplier relationships

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager in casual or high-end restaurants.
• Good understanding of operations and finance with ability to drive profits and service quality.
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
