Job summary

Brindisa Kitchens is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team in London. You will be the face of Brindisa Kitchens, driving customer experiences and assisting in daily operations with a strong financial awareness.

Ideal candidates may have prior Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager experience in casual or high-end restaurants, with a passion for authentic food and shareable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage in fast-paced casual/high-end settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist general manager in daily operations and financial oversight.
• Represent Brindisa Kitchens as the face of the brand to guests.
• Support and develop front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service.
