Job summary

The Scotsman Group in Scotland is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistently excellent customer service across its venues.

You will lead service standards, support staff development, and work evenings and weekends as required, with staff meals, flexible working and career progression opportunities offered.
