Bupa is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Richmond Village in Evesham. Lead the front of house team, manage dining, bar and room service, and drive guest and resident satisfaction within a community-focused care home environment.
The role requires coordinating events, managing rotas, and working with kitchen staff to ensure high service standards while maintaining budgets. DBS clearance will be arranged as part of recruitment.
