Delaware North at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a talented team of waiters and supervisors during major sporting events and concerts. You will ensure outstanding service, guest satisfaction, and smooth daily operations during evenings, weekends and event days.

No degree is required; experience in managing large hospitality teams, plus strong leadership, teamwork, organisation and strategic thinking, are essential to thrive in this

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift responsibilities of waiters and supervisors
• Support with the training, development, motivation, and monitoring of team members
• Appropriately address all guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate knowledge of all restaurant and menu information
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory of stock
• Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
