Job summary

Delaware North UK at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, Derbyshire is hiring casual Concessions Managers to lead frontline teams across kiosks, delivering guest experiences during major events. You’ll train staff, brief teams before events, handle opening/closing, manage guest feedback, and ensure health and safety compliance.

No degree required; experience in hospitality/events and knowledge of Food & Beverage are preferred; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

What will you do?

• Manage, lead, and train dedicated and proud frontline teams, monitoring timeliness and quantities in food preparation, promoting quality goods and exceptional service excellence
• Deliver informative and engaging briefs to all team members within your service area before each event
• Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned area
• Provide prompt and appropriate handling of guest feedback
• Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
