Job summary

Franco Manca in the UK is seeking a Senior Pizza Chef to lead a busy kitchen, craft our famed sourdough pizzas and support the team to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll mentor junior cooks, manage dough preparation and toppings, uphold hygiene and quality, and assist with stock control and training to drive growth and consistency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pizza chef or in a professional kitchen.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency with dough handling and wood-fired ovens.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team to craft each pizza with care.
• Prepare and cook sourdough pizzas to perfection.
• Support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

• £13.26 – 16.26 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1.5 to £3 per hour on top of your pay)

What You’ll Do:
