About You

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Duty Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Shift Manager within a quality restaurant or gastro pub.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop a high-performing front of house team.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A warm, approachable personality with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• A hands-on management style and a love of being present on the restaurant floor.
• The ability to remain calm, organised and professional during busy service periods.
