As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading a talented front-of-house team and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
Working closely with the senior management team and Head Chef, you will help drive standards across all aspects of service while developing and inspiring your team.
The successful Restaurant Manager will have previous experience leading a premium or fine dining restaurant, ideally within a Michelin-recognised or multi-AA Rosette environment.
You’ll be a natural leader with outstanding attention to detail, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to create unforgettable guest experiences. Strong wine knowledge and experience managing high-performing front-of-house teams are essential.
