Richmond Villages Cheltenham, part of Bupa, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the hospitality team across mealtimes. The role involves bar service for those 18+, staff supervision, rota planning and around-the-clock admin duties. You will help maintain high service standards in a busy care-home setting.

Shifts are 08:00–20:00, including weekends, with paid breaks and a £13.60 per hour wage. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to residents’ wellbeing and the overall dining

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service; training provided.
• Shifts include weekends and some evenings; 18+ required to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the hospitality team.
• Assist with staff supervision and rota planning to ensure adequate staffing.
• Complete administration duties (about 50% of the role) including records, schedules and reporting.
• Monitor attendance, holidays and cover; support Hospitality Manager with operations and performance.
• Serve drinks at the bar and help with setting up and serving during mealtimes.
• Maintain tidy restaurant, café and kitchen areas; assist with room service as needed.
