Startups is seeking a New Partner Experience Team Lead for the Belgium Market. In this role, you'll manage a team responsible for onboarding new restaurants onto Deliveroo, working from the Manchester office on a hybrid basis. Applicants should be fluent in Dutch and have at least 2 years of management experience.

The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, focusing on team coaching and performance oversight. Interested candidates should have a passion for food and a proactive approach to targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of New Partner Experience agents.
• Coach the team to develop skills and refine onboarding processes.
• Report on team performance and implement action plans for improvement.
• Ensure team meets performance goals.
