Aramark is launching the Boiler House Restaurant in mid-January 2026 and seeks an inspirational Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success. You will steer guest experience, financial results, and a high-performing team, shaping standards from day one and driving continued excellence.

This role requires strong hospitality leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage costs, promotions, and operations while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing labour costs, food costs and budgets.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience opening a new restaurant would be advantageous.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

• Lead day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain a high-performing team.
• Manage labour, food and operating costs to meet financial targets.

• Oversee stock control, ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain pricing, promotions and menu standards with business goals.
• Analyze business performance and implement improvement plans.
• Act as ambassador for the restaurant and promote a positive culture.
