Aramark UK is launching the Boiler House Restaurant in Watford, and seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success. You will build a high-performing team, shape guest experience from day one, and drive financial and operational performance.

The role covers guest satisfaction, budgeting, compliance and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality and achieving commercial objectives. 40 hours per week with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and retain a high-performing team.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgeting and cost control experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain a high-performing team.
• Manage labour, food and operating costs to achieve financial targets.
• Drive sales growth and maximise profitability through effective operational management.
• Ensure waste management processes are implemented and continuously reviewed.
• Maintain pricing, promotional activity and menu standards in line with business objectives.
• Oversee stock control, ordering and inventory management.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Analyse business performance and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the lead ambassador for the restaurant, promoting a positive culture and strong team engagement.
