Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a sous chef, you will be a leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
