The Bamford Collection is seeking a friendly, organised Host to join the Daylesford Farm Shop team in the Cotswolds. This guest-facing role combines warm welcomes with practical support across shop and restaurant areas, helping manage footfall and assist with bookings or waitlists where needed.

You will work closely with retail and dining teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, delivering thoughtful service in a lively environment and sharing an interest in food, farming and sustainable

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Confident, friendly communication style with a natural ability to put people at ease.

ABOUT THE ROLE

About gratuities & service charge:

• The base salary of £26,811 plus a qualified estimate of £7,280 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly at £12.89 per hour, so this is a projected salary and OTE.
