The role:

We're looking for a Restaurant Host to join our team in The Living Space. You'll ensure that guests receive a warm welcome and friendly goodbye whilst supporting the bar and waiting team in leading a smooth service. The role is for 33.5 hours per week Monday - Sunday and shifts will be a mix of mornings, days and evenings.

What your days could look like:

• Welcome guests in and out of the restaurant in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner.
• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant through considered hosting.
• Keep the host desk stocked and ResDiary up to date.
• Keep the area you’re responsible for clean, tidy and organised.
• Take care of guests’ billing.
• Give new team members a helping hand, and support their training and development.
• Work together, as part of our committed, efficient and dynamic team.

Job skills & requirements:

• A basic knowledge of food and drinks.
• A team player, with bags of enthusiasm and personality.
• A real energy and passion for everything you do.
• A desire to provide an excellent guest experience.
• A genuine intent to use the latest technology for a smooth ordering and billing process, without compromising guest experience.
• The ability to work smart, and understand that self-belief and hard work will always earn you success.
