What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure that guests are warmly welcomed upon arrival and that their booking references/bedroom details are correct, liaising with the Restaurant Manager as needed
• Escort guests to their tables and take beverage orders
• Be knowledgeable about food dishes and drinks, offering suggestions and recommendations where necessary
• Ensure billing information is accurate and all payment transactions are processed correctly
