You will manage staffing, training, and daily operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met while promoting local marketing initiatives and maintaining strong financial performance.

Qualificações

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsabilidades

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan to promote Wendy's in the community.
• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for preparation and serving of quality products.
• Trains and manages crew and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
