KFC Glasgow - Argyle Street is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, shaping team culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will own performance metrics, drive profitability, and ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers.

In this role you’ll recruit, coach, and empower a high-performing team, optimize labour and stock, and partner with leaders to shape the restaurant’s future success in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant with full ownership of performance, culture, and standards; make decisive decisions to deliver today and support long-term success.
• Build and lead a high performing leadership team, coaching and feedback; delegate to create ownership at all levels.
• Attract and develop great people, recruit diverse talent, build relationships and identify future leaders.
• Keep the restaurant running smoothly by setting priorities, maintaining standards, and planning labour and stock.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service; use feedback to improve and make guests feel welcome.
• Lead through change with new ways of working; work with Area Coach to plan ahead and drive long-term success.
