Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Coleraine to lead from the front, own the restaurant, and drive performance across all areas. You will build a high-performing team, set the vibe, and ensure the guest experience is exceptional while maintaining strong control of operations.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, managing KPIs, and ensuring compliance and smooth administration to keep the restaurant running at its best.
