Zizzi is seeking a General Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a busy restaurant, inspire the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from opening to close. You will drive standards, costs, and guest satisfaction while upholding the Zizzi brand and Italian dining vibe.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll recruit and develop staff, manage KPIs, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. This role offers performance incentives and development opportunities within a fast-growing brand.
