We are recruiting a Restaurant General Manager for Pizza Hut, part of our expanding portfolio.

Reports To: Principal Operator/Area Manager

Position Overview: Leading the restaurant management team and staff, you oversee daily operations, ensuring the satisfaction of both customers and team members through effective management and business expertise.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Manage all FOH and BOH operations and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security standards; develop improvement plans as needed
• Maintain financial health by achieving food cost and labor goals
• Manage P&L statements following financial controls and security standards
• Adapt to changing trends and market conditions, modifying store plans to meet targets
