Symbro-Ltd in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced Mexican-inspired quick-service brand. You will work with the Regional Manager to support and develop your team, set standards, and drive service excellence.

You''ll oversee training, staffing, scheduling, hygiene, cash flow, inventory and ordering while aiming to maximise profits and customer satisfaction. The role offers a competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000 per year with a bonus scheme and clear career
