Person Specification

Job Description

You will work within the hotel's Marco Pierre White Steakhouse and Grill alongside a passionate team committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Shifts will include daytime, evenings, and weekends. Your role involves front-of-house duties such as greeting guests and providing excellent table service. Collaboration with kitchen and bar staff is essential to ensure smooth service.

Key duties include:

• Preparing the bar for service, including setting up, prepping, stocking, and cleaning.
• Greeting guests, making recommendations, and engaging in conversation.
• Taking food and drink orders and processing transactions via till (cash and card).
• Providing table service.
• Upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.
• Supporting and coaching new team members.
• Assisting other hotel departments as needed.
