Food & Beverage Assistant

You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Your Job

  • Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible
  • General cleaning of bar and restaurant areas
  • Serve guests with food and beverages
What You’ll Need
  • Previous experience is essential
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • Micros experience is preferred
  • Experience in a hotel setting is preferred
