Job summary

LSL Capital is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join its Mayfair front-of-house team. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience on a premium dining concept.

The role involves leading the floor, supporting training and onboarding, and handling guest requests while maintaining high service standards and health & safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Has experience in a senior front-of-house role (Head Waiter/Waitress or similar).
• Ready to step into a supervisory/management position.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day restaurant operations.
