Role

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to join our Holborn Dining Room Restaurant at Rosewood London. The Restaurant Coordinator supports the Holborn Dining Room team with various administrative tasks, executed with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key expectations of this role are

1. Possessing thorough knowledge of the restaurant operation, including Food Runners, Waiters, Head Waiters, the Bar, Barista, and Reception.
2. Understanding the reservation system to assist with overflow calls from Reservations.
3. Having knowledge of systems used for Time & Attendance, materials control, and recruitment.
4. Responding to guest reviews and comments in an engaging manner, adhering to Rosewood standards.
5. Communicating closely with F&B Reservations, Floor Management, and Kitchen teams.

Profile

1. Experience in restaurant operations within an upscale, fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to work in a team and build relationships.
3. Organized and proactive in managing tasks.
4. Good communication skills for handling guest comments and coordinating with Floor and Kitchen teams.
