Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of guest service across food and beverage settings in the hotel and spa.

• Be friendly, professional, attentive and guest-focused in all interactions.
• Respond to rota shifts, including evenings and weekends, across 5 shifts per week.

You will join a team ofprofessionals who strive to provide an exceptional service to our guests withinour 2 AA Rosette ‘Squires’ Restaurant, the Roxana Bar and the Spa Lounge.

The Position

You will provide a high standardof guest service in a variety of food and beverage settings across the hotel& spa – you’ll be friendly, professional, attentive and guest focused. You’ll have the opportunity to learn silver service waiting, receive customerservice training, Barista and Wine training and to work in a busy luxurioushotel environment.

We are looking for full-time team members who are available to work 5 shifts per week on a rota basis including weekends (40 hour contract).
