Job summary

Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa in Newmarket, Suffolk, is seeking full-time front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest service across the hotel and spa. You will be friendly, professional, and attentive, with opportunities to learn silver service, Barista and Wine training in a luxury setting.

We offer a 40 hour contract across five shifts per week, including weekends. The role suits individuals who are reliable, well presented and passionate about hospitality.

• Previous food and beverage waiting experience is advantageous.

You will join a team of professionals who strive to provide an exceptional service to our guests within our 2 AA Rosette ‘Squires’ Restaurant, the Roxana Bar and the Spa Lounge.

The Position

You will provide a high standard of guest service in a variety of food and beverage settings across the hotel & spa – you’ll be friendly, professional, attentive and guest focused. You’ll have the opportunity to learn silver service waiting, receive customer service training, Barista and Wine training and to work in a busy luxurious hotel environment.

We are looking for full-time team members who are available to work 5 shifts per week on a rota basis including weekends (40 hour contract).
