Job summary

Black Rock Restaurants is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Supervisor for The Crazy Goose in Brighton. You will lead the team during service to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience from arrival to departure, while maintaining the highest standards across the restaurant and bar.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, opening/closing procedures, stocktakes, end-of-day cash-ups, and handling guest feedback with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a busy restaurant and/or bar.
• Confident with food, wine and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant and bar during service to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Open and close the restaurant, manage reservations and remind of stock checks.
• Carry out end-of-day cash-ups and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Carry out stocktakes and stock checks, identifying discrepancies and escalating as needed.
